At AMMA we offer a variety of classes:
Muay Thai Kickboxing, Submission Grappling, Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing and Cage fighting. We have classes for Children and Adults starting at age 4.

Our Gym is 7400 square feet with separate locker rooms for men and women with showers. We have a bag area room, with a 24’ boxing ring and a 24’ hexagon cage for you to train in. We have a free weight area and separate cardio equipment room and a separate workout mat area and coming soon a new work out Cross Fit Training room.

We don't teach the fancy stuff that is only for show.
